This is my second purchase of a quarter cow and my 5rh purchase from 44 farms. We love this meat! I have been able to try cuts I would have never purchased at a usual grocery store. Tri tip and picanha is something I had never tried to cook before. And both are on the top of my list now. The steaks are amazing and there is plenty of ground beef for the perfect taco, meatloaf and good ole burgers. The hot dogs are large "dinner" style and taste awesome. Every single steak is cut perfectly and ends up being the best thing you have ever tasted. As soon as I got this box I pulled the brisket and of course, it was amazing. When my family sees that beautiful black box sitting on the porch they do the happy dance. I can not recommend this purchase enough.
