Accuracy is very important to us. We guarantee you will receive the product you ordered. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you in a timely manner and give you an opportunity to make a substitution.
Given the perishable nature of 44 Farms beef, we employ the highest standards to ensure your product arrives in wholesome condition. By utilizing a reusable Styrofoam cooler, a reusable insulated grocery bag, and dry-ice, 44 Farms guarantees your product will arrive in wholesome condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns because of the perishable nature of our product. However, if you are ever unsatisfied, please notify us and we will replace your order or issue you a 44 Farms gift card, provided you inform us within 24 hours after receipt of your order. If you are not pleased with your purchase or feel we have failed to live up to our guarantee, give us a call at (254) 605-6444. We will be happy to assist you. 44 Farms reserves the right to investigate all claims that we believe may be fraudulent or unfounded. Under no circumstance, will a refund or product replacement represent an admission of any kind by 44 Farms.
All 44 Farms Angus Steaks products are processed in a USDA inspected facility. If your order is placed by 5 PM Central it will be sent flat rate (best way) shipping on our next shipping day.
