Ingredients

Round Steak or 44 Farms Ribeye 1 small onion diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 celery stalk chopped
- 1 14.5oz. can of stewed tomatoes with green onions
- 1 cup tomato juice
- Flour
- Vegetable Oil
- Salt & pepper

Salt and pepper beef and cut into medium pieces.

Brown meat in skillet with small amount of vegetable oil.

Remove from skillet once browned.

In a separate bowl, thicken 1 cup of tomato juice with flour until you have a gravy.

Place chopped vegetables, can of tomatoes and tomato juice mixture in skillet.

Place chopped vegetables, can of tomatoes and tomato juice mixture in skillet.

Add meat back to the mixture and cook slowly until meat is tender.

Serve with mashed potatoes or mac 'n cheese.
