Ingredients
  • 8oz. 44 Farms Skirt Steak
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • Small carrots, peeled and cut in half
  • Olive oil

Chef Shepherd's Skirt Steak

    Season steak with sale and pepper and place on a hot grill

    Grill each side of meat for 4 minutes, then place in 450º oven for 6-9 minutes (for medium rare)

    Let meat rest 5 minutes, then cut meat in slices against the grain

    Toss Brussels sprouts and carrots in olive oil, salt and pepper

    Put in a 450º oven to quickly roast, about 20 minutes
