Divide cheese equally in the center of two patties.

Top each with remaining patties and pinch edges to seal.

Give burgers a pinch of sea salt on top.

Grill about 5 minutes on each side.

Serve on good quality rolls.
CHEF'S TIP: Deena likes having sweet potato fries with her burgers. Heat oven to 400º, cut potatoes into small wedges, toss in oil, sprinkle with sea salt and roast for 35-40 minutes.
