- 1 lb 44 Farms Ground Beef
- 2 Rolls
- 1/2 c Blue Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
Heat grill to high and close.
Divide beef into 4 thin patties.
Divide cheese equally in the center of two patties.
Top each with remaining patties and pinch edges to seal.
Give burgers a pinch of sea salt on top.
Grill about 5 minutes on each side.
Serve on good quality rolls.
Deena likes having sweet potato fries with her burgers. Heat oven to 400º, cut potatoes into small wedges, toss in oil, sprinkle with sea salt and roast for 35-40 minutes.
