These steaks are Awesome Slight issue with fedx delivery but steaks were still frozen when arrived. Marbling is incredible.

All our steaks, garlic pepper and Pecan oil we buy from 44 Farms Love the steaks, Pecan oil and garlic pepper. Garlic Pepper is the only seasoning we put on our steaks.

Bone In Ribeye from 44 Farms - grilled on the Big Green Egg at 425 F. 12 minutes total time with a perfect medium rare. Fantastic flavor and perfect grill marks. Paired with Mushrooms, Asparagus and roasted cheese potatoes.
Great steaks and very good quality meat. Was very tasty doing a reverse sear using a pellet smoker and blackstone griddle.

These steaks are so tender, we season all our steaks with the Black Garlic & Black Pepper Infused Salt. I buy all of steaks from 44 Farms.
