The Prime Chuck Roast is mouthwatering when cooked to an internal temperature of 200°F or higher. For a classic pot roast, we recommend slow-cooking in a crockpot or Dutch oven for tender, fall-apart results. If you're in the mood for a Texas BBQ twist, try smoking the roast at 225-275°F until it reaches 200°F internally. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute, enhancing every savory bite.
